Each registration is allocated to a certain region based on a live algorithm developed by a highly qualified team of experts that consider many demographic factors, nationally. Each EC visitor will receive a list of places or so called Hotspots to choose from and could be visited at own discretion.
In order to reach as many places and people in EC and to assist these visitors, ReconcileEC has setup a support platform to help. By knowing the number of visitors and from which provinces they will arrive, we can plan, streamline and set in place beforehand the needed resources to make things go smooth on arrival. The proposed logistic and visitors plan presented by ReconcileEC aims to reduce aggregate travel distances for each province, considers population per province and geographical density in the EC and also other factors that help to increase overall impact. Therefore in consideration of the nation, we encourage all people to, voluntarily, follow these guidelines.
Each visitor that registered should receive via SMS and email a registration number. At any time after registration one can visit the website (www.reconcileec.co.za) and go to the visitors page, type in your registration number and find all information you need to visit EC.
